Psychedelics for Healing

As a Certified Psychedelic Informed Practitioner through the VITAL Integrative Psychedelic Studies program, I am fully equipped to walk clients through preparatory and integrative phases of using these types of medicines in their own practice of micro-dosing or full-effect journeys.

Neurolinguistic Programming

Trained in NLP, a program of study under the supervision of the Association of Integrative Psychology, I use NLP techniques in my coaching as a system of alternative therapy. NLP is intended to educate you in self-awareness and effective communication and to model and change your patterns of mental and emotional behavior.

Yoga as Practice

Some change happens overnight - we might call this a quantum-shift. Most change, however, happens over time through consistency of practice. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, I host group and 1:1 yoga classes inviting my students into a deeper relationship with their breath, body and mind. The practice of yoga is available to any and everyone. My approach weaves traditional aspects of yogic practice with modern-accessible forms.
